Description

Baked Olives Recipe : Maida flour mixed with grated cheese, other ingredients and rolled out into small balls after refrigeration. These olive balls are finally baked with a green olive stuffed inside.

Ingredients for Baked Olives Recipe
All-purpose flour(Maida) – 3/4 cup
Cheddar cheese(grated) – 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup(melted)
Green olives – 15 nos
Pepper powder – A pinch

Preparation Method of Baked Olives Recipe
1)For preparing baked olives, mix together maida flour, cheese, mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl.

2)Stir in the melted butter and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3)Make small balls out of the chilled dough and press a deep hole in the center.

4)Stuff each ball with an olive and seal well. Spread out the olive balls on a greased tray.

5)Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown in color. Turn in between to avoid burning.

6)Baked olives, a yummy as well as nutritional snack, is ready.
