Ingredients for Special Lemon Pudding Recipe
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
Gelatin - 2 1/2 tbsp
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 425ml

Preparation Method of Special Lemon Pudding Recipe
1)For preparing special lemon pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.

2)Mix lemon juice & condensed milk well.

3)Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.

4)Pour the mixture to a flat bowl and freeze it until set.

5)Garnish with lemon wedges and serve chilled.
