Ingredients for Chicken Pot Roast Recipe
Chicken - 900 gm
(cut in 8 pieces)
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - ¼ tsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Chilly powder - ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Pepper - As reqd

Preparation Method of Chicken Pot Roast Recipe
1)Wash and squeeze dry the chicken.

2)Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in it for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.

3)Place it in a heavy bottom utensil(kadai) and cook on a low heat, till chicken is done and dry.

:- Serve with boiled vegetables and bread rolls.
