Ingredients for Ladoo/Laddu Recipe
Besan(Gram flour) - 1 cup
Semolina(Rava) - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Sugar powder - 3/4 cup(As per taste)
Yellow color - 2 pinch(optional)
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Ghee - 1/2 cup

Preparation Method of Ladoo/Laddu Recipe
1)Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Roast the cashew nuts & raisins. Keep it aside.

2)Add besan & rava in the same pan and saute well. Fry it for 7-10 minutes in low flame. Saute till the raw smell goes. Switch off the flame.

3)After 3 minutes add sugar powder & cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add roasted cashew & raisin. Mix with hand & make small balls using palm.

4)Garnish with cashew nuts & raisins. Ladoo/laddu is ready to serve.

Notes: Don`t add sugar to too hot besan. Don`t use too much ghee.
