Ingredients for Delicious Prawn Special Recipe
Prawns - 2 cups
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 3 nos(finely cubed)
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 5 nos
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 springs
Coriander leaves - 2 spring(finely chopped)
Oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Delicious Prawn Special Recipe
1)For preparing delicious prawn special, grind the prawns with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and required water. Keep it aside.

2)Heat oil in a vessel and sauté the onions till it becomes transparent.

3)Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and green chillies. Sauté for 1 minute on low flame.

4)Add in the pepper powder, ground prawn mixture, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid on for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.

5)Beat the eggs in a bowl and toss in the cooked prawn mixture. Mix it well.

6)Heat oil in a pan.

7)Pour the egg mixture into it and close the lid. Allow it to cook for a few minutes in low flame until done.

8)Delicious prawn special is ready. Turn it over onto a plate and serve immediately.
