Ingredients for Eid Special Mutta Marichathu Recipe
Bananas(Ethakka) - 2 nos
Eggs - 3 nos
Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 nos
Sugar - 2 tbsp(powdered)
Ghee - As reqd
Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - A few
Cashew - A few
Salt - A pinch

Preparation Method of Eid Special Mutta Marichathu Recipe
1)For preparing eid special mutta marichathu, boil bananas in a little water and drain the water once it has cooked. Allow it to cool.

2)Chop the bananas into small pieces.

3)Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, roast cashews and raisins. Keep it aside.

4)Then fry the chopped banana pieces on both the sides in the same pan with a little ghee.

5)In a bowl, break in the eggs.

6)Into the eggs, beat in cardamom powder and powdered sugar.

7)Combine the bananas, cashews, raisins, salt and the beaten egg mixture.

8)Heat a pressure cooker and grease it with a little ghee.

9)Pour the banana-egg mixture into it and cover it with the lid, without the weight.

10)Allow it to cook this on low flame for 15 minutes. Check it occasionally by inserting a tooth pick to see if the dish is cooked inside.

11)Once done, remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.

12)Eid special mutta marichathuis ready. Serve it in a plate.
