Ingredients for Beetroot & Carrot salad Recipe
Beetroot - 1 no
Carrot - 1 no
Green chillies - 2 - 3 nos
Coriander leaves - A small bunch
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Beetroot & Carrot salad Recipe
1)Grate the beetroot and carrot.

2)Slit the green chillies.

3)Chop the corriander leaves finely.

4)Mix all together with curd and salt.

:- You can add little water if its too thick.
:- You can even add chopped tomato.
