Fenugreek is used in colic flatulencee, dysentery, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, chronic cough, enlargement of liver and spleen, rickets, gout and diabetes, Also used as carminative, tonic and aphrodisiac.

Contains energy, moisture , protein, minerals, fibre, carbohydrate, minerals, fibre, carbohydrate and calcium

Culinery and Other Values :

Fresh fenugreek pods, leaves and shoots are eaten as curried vegetable. Also used as spice for flavouring food. Powdered dried leaves are used for garnishing. Also used in manufacture of hair tonics.
