chop the onion, tomato and green chilli
in a pan heat the oil and temper the bay leaf, aniseed, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
add chopped onion and green chilli and saute it until the onion get golden brown
add tomato and mix well for 1 min
now add mint leaves and mix it
add ginger garlic paste and mix until the raw smell goes out
add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and coriander powder, black pepper, chicken masala powder and mix well in medium flame
add chicken and mix well
allow the chicken to boil for 5 mins in medium flame
now add water and allow to boil until it get boiled
now add coconut paste and mix well and allow to boil until the chicken get boiled
now chicken salna is ready
