Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Fry onions, chillies, ginger and garlic in a little oil in a kadai or a pan.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and fry for sometime.

Step 3

Add all the masalas and salt and fry.

Step 4

Add little by little water and form a curry and then add egg into it(raw).

Step 5

Stir for sometime.

Step 6

Season it with spluttered mustard seeds, sauteed dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 7

:- You could also boil sausage rings n add into this to make a different curry altogether!

Step 8

Hello! Rituji, It`s very nice recipe. No doubt at all. But one thing.. Could you please tell me why this seasoning with mustard and red dried chilly required? You could add the curry leaves along with onian, green chilly, ginger, etc. Being a Keralite, I never heard about such seasoning for a kerala style egg recipy. I also prepare this egg roast, exactly with your style and ingredients, except the above seasoning. Thanks & kind regards, Ashok Kumar

Yummy Yummy :-) Its so.... easy to make... :-) Do we have to put the boiled eggs to the curry or just the raw one directly and later smash the inner one to the curry?
