Step 1

Soak rice in water for 10 mins.

Step 2

Mix together the ground mixture with the coconut milk.

Step 3

Pressure cook rice along with the above mixture.

Step 4

When the rice is cooked and still hot, add the grated vegetables and pineapple pieces with salt and salad oil.

Step 5

Mix gently n serve quickly.


never heard or seen such rice in malaysia.....shouldn`t call it so, if this is nasi lemak, we don`t use mango or pineapple.


First of all I wonder did u know what is Nasi Lemak ???
