Ingredients

  • idly rice. - 2 1/2 cups
    whole urad dal (with skin) - 1 cup
    uluva/fenugreek - 1 tblsp
    Cooked rice - 2 tblsp

Directions

Step 1

Soak and grind the ingredients separate. Mix well and ferment. Before you make dosa add 2 tbsp of milled flax seeds.Flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
