Step 1

Cut Achinga payaru into pieces.

Step 2

Take out the flesh part alone out of the drumsticks.

3)Put achinga payaru and drumstick flesh into a pan.

Step 3

Add oil, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and curry leaves into it.

Step 4

Close the pan with a lid and allow it to cook in low fire.

Step 5

Remove the lid when done and saute dry in low flame.
