Step 1

In a vessel put the achinga payar ,green chillies salt and water,bring to boil for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai add onions and saute for 2 minutes.Add red chillies and saute until onion turns slight brown colour.

Add cooked achinga payar and salt to this and mix well.Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir for 5 minutes until achinga turns slight brown colour.Close the kadai and cook for 2 minutes
