Step 1

Soak rice and all the dhals together for 2 or 3 hours.

Step 2

Wash well and grind it in a mixture or a grinder with the items from Onion to Curry Leaves.
:- Dont grind the too soft it should be little bit coarse.

Step 3

After grinding it, add the half onion cut into very small pieces, salt (To ur taste),asafoetida powder and mix well.

Step 4

The batter should be like the one we make dosas.

Step 5

Heat the Dosa tawa and apply very little oil.
:- The tawa sholud not be too hot.

Step 6

Pour 1 laddle of doas batter and spread lightly and make sure to keep the flame in the medium.

Step 7

After a minute flip the dosa to the other side.

Step 8

After a minute remove from the tawa.

Step 9

:- Serve with Sugar or u have it as such.
:- It is very good for all the people who r it diet.
