In a vessel add Rice flour and cardamom powder

In a pan add 1/4 cup water, jaggery syrup and make a thick syrup. check with one drop of syrup, touch and see whether it roll like ball or not

In a rice flour, add jaggery syrup slowly and mix well .

Make soft ball and rest for 30 minutes for minimum

Divide equal portion and keep aside

In a plastic sheet, apply oil. take that ball and flat it. make small hole in center

Sprinkle some sesame seed

Heat oil and drop one fry in a medium flame
