Step 1

In the pressure cooker add cut potatoes, onion, cut tomato, ginger, and green chillies.

Step 2

Add little water, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Open cooker lid and with a spoon mash the potato a little so that some are mashed and some left as such.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 5

Splutter mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, red whole chillies, and again one sliced onion.

Step 6

Fry and pour over the potato mixture.

Step 7

Add coriander leaves.

Step 8



Adding coconut milk will increase the taste..
