Cook chana in a pressure cooker till done.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
SautT the finely chopped onions.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes and sautT, till they blend well.
Add chilly powder and coriander powder and sautT further.
Add butter and mix well.
When a nice aroma comes, add the potato pieces along with 2 cups of water.
Allow it to boil.
Add the cooked chana followed by salt and mix well.
When the gravy starts to thicken, add the lemon juice.
Remove from the flame.

Tried this and it was very tasty. Very easy to cook as well. The reason am not saying its excellent is that the proportions were not right. I used 2 cups chopped onions, 2 cups diced potatoes, 4 cups chicpeas..1.5tsp chilli pwdr, 4 tbsp coriander powder. The measuring cup I used was the one supplied with the rice cooker.
