Cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and wash it thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown.
Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 mins.
Add red chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Add cauliflower, potato and green peas and stir. Saute for 5 mins.
Add one cup of water.Cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Stir ocassionally.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
really great just read it and made it very tasty just potato where hard so it need to boiled for 5 min before cooked all

I boiled the Califlower in MicroOven and Potato in Cooker.
We need to be little careful in quantity while adding the Chilli powder as we have already added Green Chilli.
I made this today. My husband and I thought it was very good! thanks for the great Recipe! it was very tasty, lots of flavor. It took me about one hour to prepare from start to finish and yes you do have to add a little bit of water in Moderation while you are cooking the dish.
