Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.
Cook peas in cooker and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onions and fry well.
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
Add tomatoes and stir fry.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Sautee well all the ingredients.
Add the cooked peas and boiled potatoes.
Add 1/2 cup of water and required salt.
Allow all ingredients to mix well and cook for some time.
:- Making Time: 15 mins.
:- Serve with hot parathas or chappathis.
I am a reluctant cook and i tried this recipe. It came out really good! And it did not take me much time - which is good considering that i cook like maybe everytime there is a snowfall in Dallas!!
