Ingredients

  • 1. Potato 250gms
    2.Cabbage 250gms
    3. Tomato 100gms (chopped)
    4. Green Chilli one (chopped)
    5. Chopped Garlic 5 to 10 cloves (chopped)
    6.Chopped Green coriander leaves (cilantro)
    7.Coriander Powder one teaspoon
    8.Turmeric powder one teaspoon
    9.Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Step 1: Wash and then peel off the potato skin

Step 2

Step 2: Cut the potatoes in small pieces

Step 3


Step 3: Chop the cabbage into small pieces

Step 4


Step 4: Heat the wok and add one or two table spoon of vegetable oil

Step 5

Step 5: In heated oil add chopped garlic into the wok and stir for 15 sec

Step 6

Step 6: Add small pieces of chopped chilli and fry for next 15 sec.

Step 7

Step 7: Add the chopped cabbage in the wok and stir on medium flame

Step 8

Step 8: Add potato into the wok and stir to mix

Step 9

Step 9: Mix one tea spoon coriander powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt to
taste

Step 10

Step 10: Mix well and close the lid for 7 minutes on slow flame

Step 11

Step 11: Mix the chopped tomato in the wok and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame

Step 12

Step 12: Now the Aloo patta gobhi sabji is ready

Step 13

Step 13: Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro
