Wet the bread in water and squeeze out the water.
Mix it well with the mashed potatoes.
Add cumin seeds, chillies and salt and mix well.
Make heart shapes balls off the above mixture.
Fry in oil, till golden brown.
:- Serve hot with tomato sauce or bread.

it sounds like Paties. do add chaat pwd or garam masala, n also some sugar n lemon juice for bater taste.
