Ingredients

  • Colocasia Stems : 1 piece
    (Purple stems of colocasia leaves-
    Cut the stem into 1” pieces)
    Whole red chillies : 2 - 3 nos
    Garlic minced : 2 cloves
    Red chilli powder : ½ tsp
    Tumeric / haldi powder : ½ tsp
    Oil : 2 tsp
    Salt : as reqd

Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till golden brown.

Add the colocasia stem pieces, red chilli powder, tumeric / haldi powder and salt.

Add 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
