  • cumin 1/2 sp
    fennel 1/2 sp
    ajwain 1/4 sp
    garlic 2 flakes minced
    red chili 2
    onion 1
    turmeric 1/2 sp
    salt to taste
    besan 1 sp
    red chili powder 1 sp
    coriander powder 1 sp
    aum hur powder 1/4 sp
    garam masala 1/4 sp

heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin, fennel,ajwain. to this add garlic,onion ,red chilli.
