Ingredients

  • For Dough:
    Wheat flour 1 cup
    water as required
    salt to taste
    for rolling
    cauliflower 1/2 cup
    Aloo 2 no.
    onion 1 no.
    capsicum 1 no.
    red chili powder 1 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    garam masala 1/2 tsp
    oil 3 tsp

slice the onion, capsicum, chop the aloo and gobi

heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
