Directions

Step 1

Grind together chilly and garlic to a very smooth and thick paste.

Step 2

Marinate chicken with the above mix.

Step 3

Add enough salt and mix it again.

Step 4

Keep this for 20 - 30 mins.

Step 5

Take each chicken piece and soak it in the maida.

Step 6

:- Make sure that maida is covered almost every where of the chicken piece. Do not add water.

Step 7

Keep it aside for 10 mins.

Step 8

Deep fry it in hot oil.

hey,this is good,but not the well known kfc,even kfc has different types of chicken varieties.

Hi, This recipe was very good. Just because someone wants to add cornflakes, it doesn`t mean that KFC does not serve this style of chicken. I suggest, people to try and then comment.

try ground corn flakes and egg white instead of maida business otherwise we are somewhere in ohio not even close to kentucky
