Step 1

Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice to the curd and mix well.

Step 2

Marinate for one day or slightly more.

Step 3

Remove them from the batter and sun dry until totally dry and crisp.

Step 4

Store in air tight bottle.

Step 5

As and when required, deep fry in oil and serve hot.
