Step 1

For preparing Andhra Tasty Palak Paneer, first cook paalak with required salt, ginger and chillies on a low flame, till all the moisture is evaporated.

Step 2

Allow it to cool.

Step 3

Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic followed by tomato and onion.

Step 5

Saute in low flame till well combined.

Step 6

Fry till raw smell disappears.

Step 7

Cool the onion mixture and grind to a fine paste.

Step 8

Stir in ground palak and stir well.

Step 9

Add salt and kasoori methi and cook for a while.

Step 10

Meanwhile cut paneer into small cubes and fry in oil.

Step 11

Stir in fried paneer cubes into palak and paneer gravy just before serving.

Step 12

Top Andhra Tasty Palak Paneer with fresh cream.

i think its not good

if you saute the onion,ginger,garlic and tomato first in oil and then make a paste of it along with the palak i think the gravy will taste much better
