Bengali: Laban / Noone
hindi: Cheeni / Shakkar
Soak rice for 5 hrs before grinding.
Soak aval for 15 minutes before grinding.
Grind separately with needed water.
Add salt and yeast(dissolved in luke warm water). Mix the batter very well.
Keep the batter for 8 hours over night.
Next day morning you can add sugar for taste. Mix well.
Make very soft and yummy appam with appam chatti.
