Step 1

For preparing Arabian samosas, in a big bowl knead in maida, salt and olive oil with required water to make a stiff dough.

Step 2

Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 4

Add in the beef mince, all spices, pepper powder, cumin seeds, ajinomoto and salt. Allow the meat to cook in a pressure cooker.

Step 5

Then remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.

Step 6

Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and roll it into small thin circles.

Step 7

Put a spoon full of the beef mixture in the middle and fold it into triangle shape.

Step 8

Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and beef mixture.

Step 9

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the beef samosas till they become golden brown in colour.

Step 10

Arabian samosas are ready. Serve hot with ketchup at tea time.
