Wash & drain rice & keep on news paper for 5 mts to drain water fully.
Fry rice until all the rice splutters.
Keep aside to become cool.
Grind the rice to a fine powder. Add little water to sugar and boil until a thick syrup is formed.
Mix rice flour with coconut & sugar syrup.
Make small balls.
Tasty rice balls are ready to serve.
Keep in airtight container.
