Step 1

For preparing arrowroot halwa, melt the jaggery in a vessel and strain it. Keep it aside.

Step 2

In a vessel, mix arrowroot powder with required water to make a lump free paste.

Step 3

Pour in the melted jaggery, ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Step 4

Heat the vessel on low flame till it starts leaving the sides . Remove it from the flame.

Step 5

Rub ghee in a plate and pour in the arrowroot mixture. Allow it to cool completely.

Step 6

Arrowroot halwa is ready. Cut and serve.
