Step 1

For preparing mutton varuval, marinate mutton with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and garam masala.

Step 2

Heat a pan, add ghee and fry mutton pieces in it.

Step 3

When mutton pieces turn brown in color, add water and cook for 1/2 hour.

Step 4

Mean while, fry onion slices till brown in color. Add dry chillies n curry leaves.

Step 5

When mutton is done and water is evaporated fully, add fried onion and coriander leaves.

Step 6

Attirachi varuval is ready.
