Directions

Step 1

Powder sugar finely.

Step 2

In a heavy bottomed kadai, add powdered sugar, rice flour and grated coconut. Fry till a sweet aroma comes.

Step 3

Remove from fire, add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 4

Adding small quantities of ghee, make small lemon sized balls when the mixture is hot.

Step 5

The traditional avalose laddu is ready.
