Step 1

For preparing baby corn dal curry, cook toovar dal and masoor dal in a cooker with salt, bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon with little water.

Step 2

Cook baby corn separately.

Step 3

Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.

Step 4

Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and cumin.

Step 5

Add tomatoes and blend well.

Step 6

Add cooked baby corn and dal. Mash the dal with ladle.

Step 7

Add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Step 8

Baby corn dal curry is ready.
