Directions

Step 1

Heat up frozen porottas in microwave.

Step 2

Tear them into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Stir fry chopped onions and green chillies.

Step 5

Add any masala powder and salt.

Step 6

:- You can add chilly powder if you need it hotter.

Step 7

Add the porotta pieces and stir.

Step 8

Add some tomato sauce and soy sauce and stir, till everything gets
mixed well.

Step 9

:- Serve hot.

Hai Sreejith,I am very fresh in kitchen.So go through all the cooking sites actually just to impress my hus.I didnt try ur rec but wrote it down in a paper.But I am confused about where to add egg....since I am very begineer in cooking I am not confident of trying something on my own.Thnx for recipies and I will try it...........

wowwww.....gr8...i tried adding ginger garlic paste,tomato sauce,soya sauce,eggs,celery,capsicum n chicken masala.It was gr8...worth trying!!!!

Hello New_to_cooking, Any Masala powder. Since I am a vegetarian I always use Vegetable Masala(MTR). But you may use Meat Masala powder too.

Shajith is right...But I am a vegetarian, so I did not use eggs. i think somebody should try it with eggs. And about using tomato sauce instead of actual tomatos...thats y it is a bachelor recipe :)

Add Eggs, Fresh Tomato and curry leaves minus soya sauce and tomato sauce with these ingredients. Will taste yummy.
