Directions

Step 1

First, you need to have all these powders that I have mentioned. Basically it reduces the time & effort chopping tomatoes/ginger/garlic etc. Unfortunately I didnt find `Onion powder` yet.. but those folks who can get them somewhere can replace it with the chopped Onions.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Step 3

Fry the chopped onions until golden brown.

Step 4

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir along with chicken.

Step 5

Pour 1/2 glass of water and let the pressure cooker whistle 2-3 times.

Step 6

:- If you feel too hungry carefully take the pressure cooker into the kitchen sink and pour cold water on top to reduce the pressure inside and gain quick access to BACHELORS-Chicken!

Heath conscious folks can add a few beans chopped into 1.5 cm pieces, it goes with this recipe. Looks a bit Chinese but it has got the very naadan taste.

It has been a while since I logged back into my good old recipe and REALLY surprised to see so many good comments. wow! Thank you all. As advised by all our readers, it would be better to spend some time cutting fresh Onions than the Onion powder. I know it may make you cry but it is worth the effort folks!
