Step 1

Bring the milk to boil fully.

Step 2

Add the grated carrot and cook for 5 mins.

Step 3

Add salt, sugar and oats and stir for 30 seconds, before switching off the flame.

Step 4

Add the condensed milk and powdered cardamom.
