Add soda and ghee and mix well for a minute or two.
Add maida, food color and blend well with ghee.
:- Use your hands for blending for best results.
Add curd and knead to a soft dough.
Heat oil in a pan kept on a low flame.
Make small round balls off the above dough and flatten it to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Make a dip on one side of it before you fry it.
Fry them all on low flame only and keep aside.
Heat another pan and add sugar.
Pour water just to the level of sugar and make a thick syrup.
Dip the fried badusha and keep aside.
After 2 mins, dip them again.
After the second dip, before it dries, garnish it with nuts and saffron.
