Step 1

For preparing baked fish fingers, marinate the fish fingers by mixing together the lemon juice, fish sauce, turmeric and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a pan and fry lightly the fish fingers. Remove from fire and allow to cool.

Step 3

Mix the flour with 1 tbsp of water and dip the fish fingers in it and dust with the bread crumbs.

Step 4

Place the fish fingers in a greased baking tray and cook in a 200 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Baked fish fingers is ready . Serve as a starter with some sauce.
