Make a paste of flour, salt, lime juice, pepper, ginger, onions and butter.
Marinate the fish pieces with this batter and keep aside for 2 hours.
Mix the bread crumbs and grated cheese and keep aside.
Grease a baking dish and arrange the marinated fish pieces coated with cheese and bread crumbs.
Dot on here and there on the fish pieces with remaining butter.
Bake in an oven at 400 degree till the top of the fish starts coloring.
Sprinkle the fish pieces with lime juice and milk evenly. Bake in the oven for further 15 minutes.
Baked fish with cheese is ready and enjoy.
