Directions

Step 1

For preparing baked fruit pudding, take custard powder in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, fresh cream and orange juice. Mix well to avoid lumps. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Grease a baking tray with a little butter.

Step 3

Layer the baking tray with chopped banana`s, dates, black grapes and apple`s.

Step 4

Pour the custard mixture over the fruits.

Step 5

Spread flaked almonds and groundnuts over it.

Step 6

Bake it in an oven mark 130, till it is cooked.

Step 7

Once it is cooked remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Step 8

Refrigerate the pudding.

Step 9

Baked fruit pudding is ready. Serve cold with jam.
