Baked Olives

Maida flour mixed with grated cheese, other ingredients and rolled out into small balls after refrigeration. These olive balls are finally baked with a green olive stuffed inside.

Ingredients
  

  • All Maida) – 3/4 cu
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 15 nos Green olives
  • Pepper powder A pinch

Instructions
 

  • For preparing baked olives, mix together maida flour, cheese, mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir in the melted butter and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Make small balls out of the chilled dough and press a deep hole in the center.
  • Stuff each ball with an olive and seal well. Spread out the olive balls on a greased tray.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown in color. Turn in between to avoid burning.
  • Baked olives, a yummy as well as nutritional snack, is ready.
