First sautT garlic, chopped onion, tomato puree and capsicum for 2 minutes.
Stir in flour and milk. Bring to boil. Add cream of mushroom soup and boil again for 2 minutes in low flame. sprinkle pepper powder.
Now add the fish and macaroni. Combine well. Add grated cheese, oregano and parsley leaves.
Transfer the contents into a microwave safe bowl and bake for 25 minutes in 350 degrees.
