Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Cook potatoes and beetroot in a pressure cooker.

Step 2

:- It should not be too watery.

Step 3

Cook other vegetables separately in the pressure cooker upto 1 whistle.

Step 4

Mash them lightly.

Step 5

Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Step 6

Shape as desired into medium sized cutlets.

Step 7

Place in greased aluminium foiled tray and bake in broil mode, till brown.

Step 8

:- It may take 20 - 30 mins.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

It cme out very well... i did not add even the 2 tbl spoon of oil... I cut out the beet root but ground mint leaves and coriander to the mixture - it was awesome. The vegetables was a bit soggy so I mixed 2 slices of white bread to thicken the mixture.

Excellent basic recipe! I added some chopped spinach instead of beetroot & rolled the cutlets in seasoned breadcrumbs & baked until they were golden brown. Yummm!
