Mash the banana well.
Mix it with sugar.
Sieve self raising flour and baking soda together.
Add alternatively sunflower oil and the sieved mixture to the mashed banana and sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla essence.
Apply little oil and flour in a baking tray.
Pour the mixture into it.
Bake it at 180 degree celsius for around 30 - 35 mins.
Allow it to cool.
when i baked for 35 mins at 180 degree....it was still semi-liquid....i had to bake in 250 degree for 45 mins more...donno what went wrong....anyways din like the taste much.
