Take plantains and cut them into half.
Remove the skin.
Heat oil and when it comes to a boil, slip in the sliced plantains directly into the oil using a chips slicer.
Turn over until fully cooked and crisp.

I had hard time with the recipe..its a good recipe if u just take the serum off the banana an if u add a lil powdered sugar to the fryed bananas after its done...my husband liked it..but he said lol..that person needs to really explain the recipe...but other then that its good
This is a very very bad way to explain a recipe to people who have no idea to cook. I followed it without adding salt and turmeric and it was a mess
wtf is a chips slicer?
not at all good way of explaining
this recipe needs elaboration.......
u shud marinate the sliced banana with salt n turmeric(haldee)pwd...taht gives taste n colour
this is bloody too good. very tasty :)
it would have been nice to be a little more elaborate on the recipe, especially the way u splash salt water into the pan while frying,Some people soak the plantain in water for a lil while to remove the serum, you could leave your expert advice on certain techniques regarding frying
