Ingredients

  • Unripe Plantains(Paccha kkai) - A few large ones
    Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Take plantains and cut them into half.

Step 2

Remove the skin.

Step 3

Heat oil and when it comes to a boil, slip in the sliced plantains directly into the oil using a chips slicer.

Step 4

Turn over until fully cooked and crisp.

First I would like to tell that people commenting abt recipes should know they limits....they simply cant use bad words whatever way the recipe is told...they need to be little kind in their words...I think the site management should warn them abt this...I am new to cooking and I didnt find this recipe difficult at all...Excellent and Well Done!!!

See...how I make this like this? Do you give me detail or not? Why are not giving much off details in detail? How I know what frying? Suddenly scared off. But tasty off ok. I taste auntys dish like chips. Like it, Thanks

I had hard time with the recipe..its a good recipe if u just take the serum off the banana an if u add a lil powdered sugar to the fryed bananas after its done...my husband liked it..but he said lol..that person needs to really explain the recipe...but other then that its good

This is a very very bad way to explain a recipe to people who have no idea to cook. I followed it without adding salt and turmeric and it was a mess

it would have been nice to be a little more elaborate on the recipe, especially the way u splash salt water into the pan while frying,Some people soak the plantain in water for a lil while to remove the serum, you could leave your expert advice on certain techniques regarding frying ciao
