Directions

Step 1

For preparing banana custard with vanilla, first add 1 cup water and sugar to the banana pieces.

Step 2

Cook the banana pieces in medium flame stirring now and then. Remove the vessel from flame when the banana pieces are done.

Step 3

Whisk the egg and mix with milk. Pour the milk mixture into the banana mix.

Step 4

Cook the banana mix in very low fire till it attains a thick consistency. Remove from fire and allow it to cool.

Step 5

Flavour banana custard with vanilla essence and serve.
