Directions

Step 1

Beat the egg well and add sugar, milk and mashed bananas. (These ingredients can also be mixed in a blender.)

Step 2

Take the maida in a bowl and the above mixture into it.

Step 3

Mix well to form a dosa batter.

Step 4

Add cardamom powder and baking powder to the batter and mix well.

Step 5

Heat a flat pan and make thin dosas.

Step 6

Fry on both sides until golden brown in colour with little oil.

Step 7

:- Serve hot with any juice.

the taste was good. execpt the banana thing this issimilar to our age old `madakku san`(kottayam local slang) or `love letter`(a more modern slang)
