Step 1

For preparing banana dosa, first caramelize jaggery with water and strain.

Step 2

Mix rice flour, jaggery syrup and banana well.

Step 3

Mix salt and little water.

Step 4

Make dosa out of it and serve.

Step 5

Banana dosa is ready.
